I have worked with various Computer manufacturers and Microsoft in their consumer technical support for over 7 years. I understand the need of technology in our day to day lives and also the complexity that arises out of it. This is my attempt to educate the world about latest in technology world and how it impacts our daily life. I will try to post solutions for most of the common issues faced by people world over. This will probably save some dollars for people who pay heavily for support while being on hold to get to a technician.
