1. Simple Backup:
This is the easiest of the backup options. It is very simple to use and you can backup your data in no time for future use. What’s more, you can set your preferences and save them. After that, it is going to be a Single Click backup.
Following is how you can save Backup Settings:
Click on Change Settings option in the Backup section. This will open the Settings Wizard.
- Choose the location for Backup files
You can choose a location on your HDD, on a Network or on a External HDD. Choose the desired location and click on next.

- Choose the files you want to backup regularly
Next the Wizard will prompt you to choose the files you intend to backup. You have option to let Windows choose the files or you can select them yourself. If you know what all files you intend
to backup go for the second option (Let me Choose).

- Wizard will now prompt you for files and folders you want to include in backup list. From the computer directory, put a tick next to all the items you want to backup.

- The next page will prompt you to review and check your settings. If the settings are OK, click on Save settings and exit.

You have now saved the settings which Backup is going to use every time you click on Back up Now.
In order to backup you data now, all you have to do is click on Back up Now. It will automatically backup your data based on settings you have chosen. Below is how Backup screen will look like once you start the backup.
